Martin O'Neall
Martin is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Agriculture Economics. After graduation he returned to the home farm to work with his father and brothers. Martin's major area of expertise in the company is that of agronomy. He tends to the fertility plans, hybrid selection and herbicide plans. He and his wife, Pam, have two children and live at rural Ellsworth, Illinois. Martin is also a managing member of O'Neall Bros. & Scholl, L.L.C.

Nick O'Neall
Nick is a graduate of the University of Illinois also with a degree in Agriculture Economics. When first out of school, he was a salesman in Ohio for one of the major seed companies in the U.S., and then returned home to the farm. Nick's major emphasis in the company is grain contracting and marketing. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children and live in Cooksville, Illinois. Nick is a managing member of O'Neall Bros. & Scholl, L.L.C.

Mark Scholl
Mark is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Rural Sociology and Economics. Upon graduation, Mark worked in the banking industry then went into private business where he remains today. Mark is a managing member and his area of work in O'Neall Bros. & Scholl, L.L.C. is business development and financial planning. Mark and his wife, Jackie, have two children and reside in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Matthew O'Neall
Matthew is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in Agriculture. After graduating in 2004, Matthew brought his experiences and talents back to OBS. Among others areas of expertise, Matt’s primary responsibility lies in equipment management and maintenance. Matt and his wife, Valerie reside in Ellsworth, Illinois.

Ben Scholl
Ben is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he obtained his B.B.A. in Marketing. After two years in sales, Ben went back to school and graduated with his Master’s Degree from Belmont University in Education. Since joining OBS, Ben has worked with financial management and marketing. Ben lives with his wife Lori in Nashville, Tennessee.
